Election Law: UNHCR in 2009 averaged 205 thousand displaced from Kosovo to Serbia

Earlier in the day, it was reported that Vetevendosje had withdrawn the Law following pressure from international embassies and civil society. Now, however, it turns out that these changes have not yet withdrawn.
According to the 1991 provision, 194 thousand and 110 Serbs lived in Kosovo, or 10 percent of the population. That percentage had been even higher in 1981 [13%], in 1871 [18.8%], and in 1961 [25%].
But the question that is worrying public opinion is how many Serbs have moved from Kosovo to Serbia and other countries and have the right to vote.

Their vote, rightly prejudged for the Serbian List, which is also managing to get nearly 99% of the Serb votes in Kosovo.
According to Serbia, in 2018, the number is claimed to be 198 thousand and 584.
But, UNHCR in 2009 had had other data, claiming that some 205 thousand Serbs and non-Serbs lived in Serbia and that had moved there from Serbia.
