Kosovo lawyer Dastid Pallaska, in an interview given at “Rubikon” on January 26th, nearly three weeks before the February 14th elections, had warned that Vetevendosje Movement leader Albin Kurti would again provoke new elections, since according to Pallasca, Kurti intends to succeed in the country's number of MPs, enough to make constitutional changes.
Even greater resolutions, the result given to the constitutional mandate, can change our constitutional and democratic order by empowering the power that Mr. Kurti, at the expense of other powers, thus violating the whole mechanism of mutual control of power”, had saidastid Pallaska, the Express.
“The February 14th elections want to win. Even if you win with 51, you don't want Government. After that victory, they will be in search of the next, constitutional and political incident, which will serve a victimising campaign to increase political tension in the country, and it will not be ruled out provocations for inciting any revolt that may have been the cause of these constitutional changes”, Pallaska had been posted.
In this interview, Pallaska had said that the VV is seeking the collapse of the Constitutional System.
