The Foundation Court in Gjilan has approved Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure of 30 (thirty) days to defendants P. C.

There is a doubt that the defendant, with the date of 14,04.2021, about 1600 minutes at his house in Gjilan, contrary to the law on weapons has held weapons of the type “Scorpion”, with (5) five caricators and a hundredths (118) rounds of 1.65 mm calibre. Also on the same day, the defendant in his house, without authorization, possessed narcotics, so that with the Kosovo Police's handling case in his living room, eight narcotics bags of the type “koine”, in weight of 2.9 grams, were found at the table.

With these actions, he is alleged to have committed criminal acts “ownership, non-authorized control or possession of weapons” and “authorised narcotics, psychotrope or analogue” works sanctioned with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).

The presiding procedure judge at the Randa Crime Department has estimated that legal reasons stand for the appointment of the detention measure against defendants, with the aim of ensuring the normal conditions for the development of criminal procedure.
