Health Ministry spokesman Faik Hoti says the goal of the government's recent restrictive measures is to prevent collections because, according to him, illegal nighttime gatherings have often occurred.
With the ban on moving, it will be harder to get these gatherings. The crowds, especially young people, are usually made in the evening hours in the vault”, Hoti said at RTV Dukajini.
Hoti says over 500 cases of coronary per day for a country like Kosovo is especially alert to health institutions in the management of hospital patients.
There have been cases like in November when in hospitals there have been over a thousand patients. The current situation is manageable, but if continued at this rate, chronic fatigue is created for health workers as well, then additional human and financial resources must be required”, he said, sent in to Telegrafi.
For now no one knows whether to continue these measures or there will be new measures after April 18th. It is perhaps a short but sufficient period to see whether these measures will remain in force or should need have new measures”.
Health Ministry spokesman also talked about tests The PCR, which must have citizens of other countries to enter Kosovo.
“The PCR will be required for those countries that the European Center for Disease Control has ranked high numbers of cases. But the principle of reciprocity will also apply. So countries that do not ask Kosovo for such tests, neither does Kosovo require RT-PCR<x1) tests.
Hoti has said that citizens from Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro and Presevo Valley are not obliged to have RT tests- The PCR and according to it the same applies to Kosovo citizens who go to these countries.
The important thing is that they know if it is worth traveling for and to assess their own state of health”, Faik Hoti stated.
