Bytyci: Albin Kurti through Albulen Hadziu is attacking KLA soldiers in The Hague

The funding for the protection of the accused was established in order for potential indictees to defend themselves with the possibility of a fair and equal process.

Supporting documentation and possible expenses were classified secret by a clear legal procedure. This classification is only valid for a certain period, so spending and any document for each accused would become public, as the process of doing so, not only spending but also conducting documents would become accessible.

The reason why this would have to happen is because of the nature of the work of defence lawyers, private investigators, different experts, and the overall defence team. Keeping such things confidential is also based on the right to protection for equal protection. Let's not forget that the specialised chamber prosecutor has a budget of tens of millions of euros available, and not to talk about human capacities in their division. Most importantly, the law on this fund and administrative guidelines was drafted in close co-ordination with EU countries, based on the best international practices.

History has a special name for these people, but I will today be more reserved against this infidelity, but this society will not forget that attacks on the Kosovo Liberation Army and its history have also come from some state officials who, on behalf of “transparency” are making it the assistant enemy of our history and our liberation war.
