Spahiu has written that he disagrees with Xhavit Halit regarding this statement, as Kosovo must invest in film production.

This is where I disagree with Mr. X-ray Haliti. I think Kosovo should invest in film production. We have dozens of evidence that Kosovo filmmakers have made extraordinary contributions to the affirmation of Kosovo as a state. There are dozens of international prices that our filmmakers have brought to Kosovo over the poor budgets with which they manage”, Spahiu wrote.

Without the film, there are no rapid cultural and promotional developments in Kosovo.

I believe not only Mr. Haliti but other deputies will contribute to making films and, in general, the development of local cinematarchies!
