Tolaj: Health minister beats breasts for good management, Kosovo alone without vaccine

He has also added that it is shameful how Kosovo has not lobbied for providing the vaccine individually or through friends.

“The leaders have had to lobby individually or through friends for the vaccine from the beginning not to remain in the mercy of time... have been able to contact producers to sign a preliminary agreement which would provide Kosovo in a convenient place to take the vaccine. But it's obvious that these people either had no idea how to do this, or they were crazy because the responsibility here goes directly to the IKSHPK, the Ministry of Health and then to Government. This is the greatest shame that has ever happened since we are at the end of March, and Kosovo is the only country of the region without vaccine”, Tolaj said at the InDoks.
