A new report has confirmed that Premier League players including three players from the National of England are regularly using sleeping pills and alcohol to get up, Periscope follows.
The report comes after news released in February that an unknown star of England is mixing Zopiclone, a drug used to treat Amnesia, and vodka at the party. However, the issue involves a much larger number of players, according to The Sun's investigation.
The paper claims that players are endangering their long-term health and football career by mixing sleeping “pills” like Zopiclone and Zolpidem with alcohol.
Part of the point is that players are able to pass anti-doping tests because sleep pills are just a C-class drug and do not appear on the list of forbidden substances. However, mixing them with alcohol is extremely dangerous.
England's three players allegedly involved are not mentioned by newspapers, but one reportedly is among the most talented football players of his generation.
However, the impact of pills and alcohol, vodka and champagne, has begun to negatively affect its training performances. /Periscopi
