Spurs crossed the edge after 19 minutes of play, through an automobile from Tossin Adarabioyo, the Periscope broadcast.
Fulham fought and restored balance shortly after a game hour passed, when Josh Maya found the goal path.
However, the goal was abandoned to hand in hand by Mario Lemina's ball.
Dawinson Sanchez's Purge hit the wrong midfielder's arm. He was just a few yards away and had his chest in a neutral position.
But the VAR revised the goal and viewed it as hand touching.
