In accordance with the Law on Declaration, Obligation and Property Control of High Public Officials and Declaration, Freewill and Control of Gifts, all senior public officials are obliged to make their property declaration to the Anti-Corruption Agency.
The AKK has sent the announcement to all institutions in the Republic of Kosovo to make the declaration of property in terms of time.
In the announcement sent to public institutions, the Anti-Corruption Agency has also recalled that regular non-recognition of property by public officials and disrespect of law No. 04/L-050, and law no. 04/L-228 for the declaration of property by senior public officials, the Anti-Corruption Agency will present criminal speculation in accordance with Article 437 of the Criminal Code.
