According to local media reports, the facts date back to late February, when Solberg reunited his family at a ski resort, contrary to restrictions and recommendations for social contacts.
Events below charges will be two dinners, both organised at the Geilo ski resort with more than ten people (thus breaking the rules).
On March 18th, the prime minister admitted to the broadcaster that she should have been aware of the rules.
“
On February 25, 13 members of the Solberg family dined at a restaurant in absence because the prime minister had been hospitalised for eye problems even though rules limit the number of people to ten for a private event.
The following day, Solberg and her relatives violated another recommendation: 14 people gathered in his apartment for a dinner, four more than the border was.
I should have known the rules better. The truth is, I haven't checked them as well and therefore I didn't realize that the 10th limit applied to the family,” said Solberg, who said he was willing to pay a possible fine.
