Meghan Markle selected special jewelry for the interview with Oprah Winfrey.
The Duchess of Sussex holds a bracelet belonging to Harry's mother, Princess Diane, the same bracelet used for the “assisted” in creating Meghan's engagement ring.
When he designed her ring, Harry took two stones from his late mother's bracelet to include in Meghan's ring with three stones. The couple wanted Meghan, who is awaiting her second child, to wear the bracelet during the interview so that Diana could be with them, says the magazine “People”.
Meghan's engagement ring consists of three diamonds, with a large stone in the center supported by two smaller stones on the side. Both side stones are from the personal collection of the deceased Diana, while the central stone is from Botswana, a beloved place for Harry.
The couple's full interview will be broadcast on 7 March.
