Court of Pristina spokeswoman Mirlinda Gashi has confirmed to Express that the case judge, Alban Ajvazi, has set April 6th as the date for holding the initial review of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure Minister Lieburn Aliu.
The session is scheduled for April 6th at 10:00. This was done under the decision of the random judge, Alban Ajvazi”, she told Express.
Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure Minister Lieburn Aliu and several other officials are accused of misusing official duty when he was director of the Urban Directorate in Pristina.
