Health Ministry: No vaccines from Russia, Serbia

Asked whether Kosovo is open to other vaccines such as the Chinese and Russian, as Albania has done, the health ministry spokesman said that for now the orientation has been made with vaccines approved by EMA, but in the future it can be discussed by other vaccines, except for vaccines coming from Russia and Serbia.

He explained the increase in cases and fatalities from COVID to Kosovo in recent days with the February election campaign, but also the same trend that other countries are experiencing, while underlining that the country currently has sufficient hospital capacities.
