The chief of Kosovo diplomacy congratulated the Bulgarian friendly people on health, prosperity and prosperity, while also expressing gratitude for the continued support of the Republic of Bulgaria to strengthen the international subjectivity of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as on its integration path.

The Republic of Bulgaria is one of the first countries to have recognised Kosovo's independence on March 20th 2008, while the two countries have established diplomatic relations on June 11th 2009.
