After reading the indictment by prosecutor Besart Mustafa, the accused have pleaded guilty, reports “The Justice Vow”.
The accused have claimed to admit guiltyness, as well as regret the case, and have also promised the court that they will no longer repeat such actions.
The guilty's plea has not opposed prosecutor Bessart Mustafa and was subsequently approved by Judge Gent Beka, with the argument that admission was voluntary, without pressure and that it finds support in the evidence that is part of the subject's paperwork.
The announcement of the indictment in this criminal case will take place on March 10, 2021, at 13:30.
According to the indictment, on January 27, 2019, around 14:30, in the neighbourhood “Upiana” at the Fountain's district in Pristina, police units have banned the BMW-type car, where Edon Dedi was run, and with it was found passenger Ilir Dita, during police inspection, the suspect Edon Dedi has found a quantity of marijuana-like narcotic substance, weighing 10.5 grams, while in the suspect, Ilir Zita is also found an amount of 3.2m of marijuana, which they have obtained without authorization.
With this defendant committed criminal acts, unauthorized possession of narcotics, psychotrope or analogic substances by Article 275 par.1 of KPRC.
