Barcelona's former president, Josep Maria Bartholomew, and three other senior club officials have taken their right not to testify before the tribunal today.
The former president was arrested Monday, along with club director Oscar Graw, head of law Roman Gomez Ponti, and Yaume Masferrer Maqer reportedly was Bartholomew's former right hand.
None of the four testified today and will rather face a judge to do so Tuesday and will spend the night in police custody in the history that dominates Barcelona news.
