An astronaut, a football player and a news anchor are among the new dolls the Toy company Mattel will present at the anniversary party in Singapore.
A series of successful women also have pub dolls with their image in honor of six decades of life of the most beloved doll. Among them are tennis player Naomi Osaka, American actress Jara Sahidi and the first Mare doll in history, modeled after neo-German sports journalist Melody Robinson.
Mattel has marked the anniversary by making a partnership with Singapore Froth, a large panoramic wheel in the state city, which is temporarily transformed into an environment where he sees Barbie everywhere.
Mattel has made many changes over the years, introducing different types of dolls, to various body sizes, and various skin colors.
