Through a Facebook post, Bulqi has said that during the Zemaj election campaign with the then executive had presented the project for the Hospital, but that it has cancelled this project, which according to Bulqi has become a revenge against the citizens of Podujevo for the November 29th municipal elections.
“Minister Zemaj months ago on election campaign time along with the executive of the time, media conference had also presented the project for the Podujevo Hospital, but now the government in office has cancelled all procedures for the hospital, which is extremely necessary for citizens of our municipality. Otherwise, the Kosovo University Clinical Hospital Procuration Sector (SHSKUK), even though it has announced tender for the construction of the General Hospital in Podujevo, this has been cancelled after the Kosovo government has not allocated the budget for the project.
