What's going on with the Bosniak parties? There are suspicions that List Srpska raised Adriana Hodzic initiative

Adriana Hodzic's initiative, declared Bosnian, has come first from this community. The majority of votes that Hodzic has received come from Serb majority municipalities. During the campaign, it has been reported to the media that the Republika Srpska List is trying to increase its impact through Hodzic to more than 10 MPs, than [...]
Anell Bajra, a member of the Bosniak community in Kosovo, has raised doubts on Facebook that List Srpska has split part of its vote for other communities. Even during the campaign, it has been reported that the Republika Srpska List is trying, in addition to the 10 seats reserved for Serbs, to take some seats reserved for other national minorities.
Bajra says that in the elections, which were held on February 14th, Bosniak parties in general received 16 thousand more votes than in any other election held in Kosovo. This year, however, the first Bosnian initiative by Adriana Hodzic, which was first running. According to CEC data, Hodjiqi has received most of the votes in Serb majority municipalities.
For even more of this abnormality, I made an analysis of the votes that Ujedinja Zajednica érijana Hodzic (declared as Bosnian) has won, which for the first time competes in the national elections in the Republic of Kosovo and wipes them out ahead of all other Bosnian parties. Out of 6379 votes won in total, it turns out that 5575 votes, or 87.39% of their total votes were taken in 10 Serb majority municipalities in the Republic of Kosovo”, wrote Bajra on Facebook.

Can an MP represent the will of the people of an ethnic minority in the Assembly, winning this mandate with votes smuggled from another community?
Yesterday, in the election process, there was an unusual anomalies and a very dangerous President who diverted the civic will to represent the Kosovo Assembly. The concrete case is with the Bosniak community representing the Assembly. According to the results posted by the CEC by the time of 12:00 today, the winning party in the Bosniak community is Ujedinjen Zajednica ré Adrijana Hodzic with 6379 votes; the second party is Koalcija Vaca with 5667 votes; the third party is NDS with 2760, the fourth party is DSU with 2431 votes; and the fifth party ranking is NASA Iniciva with 1287 votes. In total, 18524 Bosniak votes, always according to preliminary results published by the CEC to date of 15.2,2021 o'clock.
The main problem is the fact that in parliamentary elections in 2019 the total number of Bosnian voters has been 12421; in 2017 it has been 11450; in 2014 it has been 11970, while in the first parliamentary elections since Kosovo's independence in 2010 there have been 11194 Bosnian voters. So, according to these statistics from the CEC, in the 2021 parliamentary elections compared to the previous elections, we have an enormation (of suspicion) of Bosniak voters, if we subtract it in the water it makes about 6103 new voters. You've already presented it on chart 1 and 2.
The question is: Is it within normal then this increase in the number of Bosnian voters, for less than a year and five months, compared to the total number of Bosnian voters in 2019?
To further this abnormality, I made an analysis of the votes that Ujedinjen Zajednica érijana Hodzic has won, who for the first time competes in the national elections in the Republic of Kosovo and wipes them out in front of all other Bosnian parties.
Out of 6379 votes won in total, it turns out that 5575 votes, or 87.39% of the total of their votes, have taken them into 10 Serb-run municipalities in the Republic of Kosovo. How these votes are distributed in municipalities with Serb majority you can find in detail on chart 3 that is part of this post.
Another interesting comparison is if we negative 6379 votes of U.S. Z-AH from the total of Bosnian voters as far as 18524 is concerned, the result turns out to be 12145 votes for four other Bosniak parties, and this number is extremely well matched to the total number of Bosnian voters by comparing Bosnian voters in parliamentary elections in 2019, 2017, 2014 and 2010.
Questions are raised:
Where were these Bosnian votes in four parties past elections?
Are they exist or are they extinguishable?
Also, if we compare the Serbian List election results by 1200 today, it has won 43746 votes, while in the 2019 elections it has won a total of 53861 votes, so a gap of 10115 votes to less in those elections. Where did these votes go? My suspicion is that they are deliberately distributed to other minority parties that will control the Assembly.
Questions are raised:
Has Ujedinjena Zajednica-Adrijana Hodzic been voted in with Serbian votes, specifically from the Serbian list?
Does this manipulation of the election process and direct intervention by official Belgrade coincide?
According to these election results, Ujedinjen Zajednica ) Adrijana Hodzic will at least for the time being win a mandate in the Assembly, probably most likely to win the second mandate (place seats from Serbia have not yet been counted) for the Bosnian community, excluding them from winning the MP's mandate, Mrs. Duda Balje and Mrs. Emily Redzep from a non-election process.
In all of this bizarre phenomenon, what's most important and the main problem is the question: Just because a candidate claims to be Bosnian and registers in the CEC to compete in the elections, while results reveal that 87.39% of the total votes are taken from the Serb community, can you represent the will and interests of the Bosniak community in the Assembly, as it does not have the real support of this community. So is this mandate won within the breath of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, since 3 countries are guaranteed for representatives of the Bosniak community.
Invite: The CEC, the Kosovo Prosecutor, the Kosovo Police, AKI and all relevant institutions begin a deep investigation into this manipulation that has occurred in the election process, specifically only in the Bosniak community's votes.
Invite: All Bosniak parties who have competed fair in this election: DSU Sociyaldemocraticska Uniya; NA A Initiative; Democraticska Stranka Bošnjaka ʹ Koalicija Vaca and Nova Democraticska Stranka become together and hand over a common complaint to the CEC.
Invite: All Albanian parties and other non-partisan communities support this initiative aimed at protecting the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
Invite: The international community outside and their representatives inside Kosovo react and condemn this attack and the integration of democracy.
Invite: The media devote special importance to publishing this news and informing the Kosovo public.
Invite: Civil society supports this initiative and also condemns this biased manipulation.
Invite: Lawyers and good acquaintances of the Constitution and the norms of Kosovo help me make bonds with legal assistance in this legal battle aimed at protecting constitutional order and preventing the tightening of democracy in the Republic of Kosovo.
Invite: All citizens of Kosovo condemn this small act, and not judge the Bosnian community, because those votes are not really Bosniaks and Mrs. Adrijana Hodzic does not represent the will and interests of the Bosniak community in Kosovo.
Thank you for understanding.
With respect,
Anell Bajra ʹ Bosniak community member in Kosovo
