Albania, 600,000 fines worth 1.5m euros for mask

In Albania since last October, when wearing the mask has become mandatory even in external environments, an average of about 600 citizens a day have been fined by police. Translated in numbers the amount of fines value to citizens is 180m dollars, or said otherwise about 1.5m euros. Following a change in movement on February 9th until 8:00 p.m., numerous administrative measures have been imposed on some locals, drivers moving without authorization but also pedestrians.
But last month, fines for violating anti-mature measures - CO VID has not even escaped politicians, where 3 opposition and 1 majority have been punished with 5 million dollars, following electoral meetings that have developed contrary to the norm act.
In regard to the collection of $3000 for the failure to wear a mask by citizens, they are expected to be collected by electricity bill, but so far O SHEE has not proceeded with sending administrative measures.
