Milan Radoicicq, Zvonko Veselinovic and 11 other people -- all Serbs from Kosovo -- have been placed on the US Treasury Department's list of sanctions yesterday, December 8th. Following this decision by America, such news was welcomed in Kosovo and beyond. Amid reactions, even charges between the position and opposition erupted over Haradinaj's meeting with Radojciqi and Kurti's Bebes...
What stood out in Prime Minister Albin Kurti's reaction was that he did not mention Milan Radojciqi.
The United States' “Very welcome decision to identify the exclusive names and sanctions against Zvonko Veselinovic and the organised criminal group operating north of Kosovo”, Prime Minister Kurti wrote in his message published on Facebook last night, past Periscope.
Journalists and analysts noted the lack of Radojciqi's name in Kurti's message. Parim Oluri, inflated this lack by saying that perhaps the prime minister was saying that Milan, deputy chairman of the Republika List, would bring trouble to Government.
Are you saying that Milan, deputy leader of the Republika Srpska List, is making you trouble in Government? Remember the Prime Minister. Don't sweat it! That us people got behind us” would write Oluri.
Opposition crash
In reactions to the US decision on Veselinovic and Radojciqi with friends, there was a clash between power and opposition.
Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, in her reaction, called the sanctions of criminal groups in the north extremely good news, but said these criminal groups were sometimes expected in the offices of our highest institutions”.
“These criminal groups, which were occasionally expected even in the offices of our highest institutions, hide behind the resistance that makes the bodies of order to bring order and law to that part of Republic”, wrote Minister Haxhiu escorts Periscopi.
Mrs. Haxhiu, referred to a meeting of Ramush Haradinaj at the time he was prime minister with Milan Radojciqi.
And to that response, harsh was former Justice Minister Selim Selim Selimi, the AAK official:
“Today, those who are politicians with corruption have spoken. At KM Haradinaj's offices, those who have held positions under the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo have been openly welcomed. While the current KM has met with Serbian criminals in a vault-covered car and timed with the same one, we have met anyone who has subjected the laws of the Republic”, Selimi said.
What's the prophecy?
In 2012. Bekim Haxhiu, deputy The PDK, known as Kamishi, had sent a letter to Florin Krasniqi, then chairman of the Commission for Supervising the Kosovo Intelligence Agency in the quality of the Vetvendosje Movement MP.
This letter was later made public.
Lidija Sokolovic, daughter of Zoran Sokolovic, former minister of Internal Affairs in Milosevic's time, is also mentioned. Bekim Haxhiu's letter built up claims on the co-operation of the most clearly questionable Serbian Kurt (like reported at the time).
Bekim Haxhiu's document says among other things: Albin Kurti has held meetings with Serbia's criminal structures in January 2004. The meeting is held in the village of Bindja, the municipality of Kline, at the Donciq family house (Boban of Golub Donciq), both members of Serbia's criminal structures -- Boban Donciq, captain of Serbia's army -- while Golub Donciq, a member of Serbia's State Security (BIA).
Albin Kurti was covered in blanket. The meeting was held at Donciq Dance House, attended by Misha Willotic, senior hierarchy in Serbian state security. BIA. Boban Donciq, captain of the Serbian Army, was also at the meeting. Albin Kurti explains the purpose of this meeting”, Bekim Hadzi's letter stressed.
The charges against the former mentioned this year, AAK deputy Time Kadrijay.
MP Kadrijaj a few days ago has asked Prime Minister Albin Kurti why, as she said, Kosovo police had taken him in a car with Serb criminals in January 2004. Kadrij says he has documents that prove Kurt was in that car.
We can deal with the opposition in other ways as well because this government has successive failures. It's not the government that's done good work to deal with this and I've asked for this from Mr. Kurt. This is an opportunity that Mr. Kurti explained to me before the broad opinion, before MPs how that event came about”, Kadrijaj says.
I've got another document that's sealed, but it's protocol. It's an official police document and we possess those facts and we have different forms to denigrate. If we compare our opposition now to the opposition that VV) has done, the opinion has realized that we are at least making a modernised opposition rather than a opposition of your”, she stressed at RTK.
Let Kurti explain. The question is to Albin Kurti. Why don't you come up with a clear opinion of where it was in January 2004? Why did he find himself in the car when stopped by Kosovo police, why was he found with Serbia's criminal structure? What was she doing in the car with?
It wasn't war, it wasn't before the war that said it was forced. It was after the war because it was 2004. Let him explain. It is good for me too that the prime minister of my country has clarified this and said that it happens. But here is a fact and it needs to be clarified why it was found in the car when it was stopped by police, along with Serbian forces”, the MP said.
US sanctions for Veselinovic, Radojciqi and 11 other Kosovo Serbs have been welcomed by President, opposition, and even senior European officials./Periscopi/
