By means of a Facebook post, Haxhiu writes that Svechla's statements are not interference in the prosecutor's work, but, according to her, the prosecution's work has prevented numerous interventions in the system as a result of no serious actions towards fighting organised crime.
The question is, where was the prosecution until today? Why didn't they act earlier, but only after much of Brezovica was damaged? Why didn't they act earlier when former senior officials starting with former presidents, former prime ministers and leaders of very important institutions in the country built villas in Brezovica?
State prosecutor has reacted to Interior Affairs Minister Jalal Svecla's statement, saying today's action at the order of the Constitutional Prosecutor at Ferizaj in Shtrpce and beyond is trying to give political character.
The investigation and prosecution of criminal cases is not the work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or of other government sectors, but is the exclusive competence of the State Prosecutor. Investigations and criminal cases do not have political cootation and should not be commented on by the political bodies”, said in response.
The Constitutional Prosecutor at Ferizaj has indicated that in the action “Brezovica” 10 people have been arrested under suspicion of criminal acts as misusing official duty, taking and bribery. Among those arrested is former head of the Shrpca municipality Bratislav Nikolic, of whom the prosecution is suspected to have benefited 1m euros from providing villa construction permits in the Brezovica area. For this case, 10 locations have been raided in the Ferizaj region, Pristina and in Shtrpce, where money, weapons, cars and some documentations have been seized.
After that, Interior Minister Jelal Svecla, who said the fight against crime would extend to all parts of Kosovo.
Minister Albulen Haxhiu's full appointment:
Unacceptable communique from the State Prosecutor's Office towards Minister Jalal Svecla especially when a similar one came in the morning from Belgrade!
The State Prosecutor's Office did not react to Petkovic's Vuciqi, who all day said the arrests in Shtrpce are political, but in the evening the state prosecutor reacted to a status of Minister Svecla, accusing him of being involved in prosecutorial affairs and is giving political overts to today's developments.

Who prevented these investigations?
Our government has paved the way for law enforcement and has the full legitimate right to welcome any action against organised crime and corruption.
These are not interventions. Prosecutorial work has hampered numerous interventions in the system as a result of which there has been no serious action in terms of fighting organised crime.
