According to the indictment, provided by the “Justice Vow”, which was exercised in court on June 1, 2020, the plaintiff Krasniqi is reportedly a professor in the UP, a well-known public writer and personality who exercises his activity on the basis of law, professional and moral integrity without ever coming against the law, nor with the values it represents.
The indictment reportedly indictee in the quality of the minister's task officer with the intent to damage the plaintiff's personality to his profile on the social network “Facebook”, on May 19, 2020, has published a slander with this <x2 content. > I have been informed that this afternoon a “group of citizens” is promoting the organisation of a protest that is against the MSH decisions made according to IKSHP decisions, and in full agreement with the Islamic Community of Kosovo. We have information that behind these organizations is publicist Milazim Krasniqi...”.
Further in the indictment, all electronic and written media in the country and the region had published and broadcast this statement by the indictee, due to the importance of position and weight that an interior minister has in public opinio.
According to the indictment, this statement has now caused the plaintiffs great damage both in name and in his reputation, which is said to have it in Kosovo's public opinion as well as in wider, as the indictee is said to be the activist of a political subject has caused countless insults and slanders on social networks to erupt, with which the plaintiff's personal and family integrity is severely violated.
By this indictment Krasniqi is asking the court to approve in its entire indictment to impose the indictee to compensate for the amount of 20 thousand euros, on behalf of the unmamatial libel damage, including the 8% legal interest, which will be calculated by the day of the court's raising indictment.
And also through the indictment he is demanding that the indictee be charged in his account at “Facebook”, make a public apology and withdraw the statement given and remove his post from all websites and from his personal account in “Facebook”, as well as procedure spending.
