Berisha was originally sentenced to six months in prison, but, with a lawyer's proposal, the sentence was replaced by fines and the same was interrupted by the detention measure.
During this session, Berisha pleaded guilty and said he is deeply repentant, also asking for “forgiveness from the heart”.
Prior to the court, Berisha's lawyer has declared that the whole event had started with “the open adoption of the injury”.
According to the indictment filed on December 21, 2021, Feim Berisha in October of this year, within the commercial centre “Interex”, following a dispute with another consumer within this market, regarding baskets for food supply where, during the purchase of food, the same had not had enough room for passage.
The charge is said to be a result of this disagreement, accused Berisha deliberately of causing bodily injury and physically assaulting the injured, initially pushed the metal basket, then hit it with the same body, which is a suitable tool for serious bodily injury.
On the other hand, it is said that after the same man had taken his wife away and punched her in the head, it caused temporary damage to her health.
With this, Femi Berisha was accused of committing a slight bodily launch “”, concerning paragraph 1 of the Penal Code, which the chief is sentenced to imprisonment of six months to five years.
