Tender for Gjilan Hospital, Pristina company owner arrested

Investigations concerning the police case had been conducted since early October 2021, in connection with a tender at the General Hospital in Gjilan.

According to police, evidence has been provided that the economic operator is allegedly illegally declared a winner in the amount of over 47,000 euros, manipulating with bidding documentation.

During the inspection of bidding documentation, it has been seen that the J.M. company. He had applied in the tender with false content documentation, and the same had ended up as the winning economic operator, the announcement said.

In consultation with the competent subject prosecutor, the suspect has been sent to the holding for 48 hours.
