The script official, Mane Mitchell, who called the police after shooting at the New Mexico movie scene has filed charges for this case.
Her lawyer accused the actor of firing the weapon without prechecking it.
Baldwin and filmmakers, also mentioned in the indictment, have not yet commented on this.
The Hollywood actor has long since shared his colleague's comments, which has dismissed suggestions from the rest of the team as having been uncertain.
There is still no criminal indictment by authorities against members of the team.
The worker who was responsible for the weapons in the film, has said she doesn't know how the ammunition was involved in film shooting.
