Drama in Dragash: PZAP approves complaint, 12.000 voters' will declined

Faton Fetah has announced that PZAP has been found to be based on arguments that have raised in terms of “organisation, orchestration and manipulation of the will of citizens living abroad, thus distorting the will of about 12,000 voters, who freely and democraticly expressed their political will on November 14th,”

He has thanked the candidate Shaban and the PDK for contributing to the preservation of the integrity of the elections, Periscopi notes.

In Dragash The PDK had voiced doubts that the votes from the diaspora were manipulated, with a person who had fulfilled a lot of sosh.

I am extremely happy that, in the quality of the lawyer, I committed myself to establishing justice for my fellow citizens of Dragas, whose will expressed in a democratic manner, tried to manipulate unjustly through accepted votes in the mail which, unfortunately, were violated in the worst way.

In the qualities of Mr. Shaban Shaban, the candidate for mayor of the Dragas municipality, has just accepted the Electoral Panel's decision on Ances and Parashtres, that the complaint I filed has been broadly approved as based.

PZAP has ascertained as being based on arguments that we have set up in terms of organisation, orchestrating and manipulation of the will of citizens living abroad, thus diverting the will of about 12,000 voters, who freely and democratically express their political will on November 14th.

I congratulate Mr. Chairman. Shaban for his firm faith in justice and who joined you without hesitation my deep conviction that this process will be established in his favor.

For the end, I congratulate the Democratic Party of Kosovo on a major contribution to maintaining the integrity of elections and respecting better electoral standards.
