Federation of Kosovo Health Unions The FSK has protested Monday in front of the Kosovo Government building. Health professionals from the executive are seeking prosecution within this year of the Law of the Salaries and implementation from January 2022, otherwise warning the health system's impasse.

Health professionals who participated in this protest symbolically before the Government of Kosovo have left their cloaks and slippers.

The head of the Federation of Kosovo Health Unions, Blerim Syla, has raised doubts that the government is secretly working about the Law of Salaries without inviting trade unions and civil society.

Our only request is the Law of Salaries, a law that had to bring about social equality with which the slogan has come, but that's not happening. The government secretly works without inviting representatives not only of unions but also civil society. So, we've come out today to say stop this non-transparent and we've come out to warn them that if the Law of Salat doesn't go this year, this protest will turn into even more severe union reactions”, Syla said.

Chief EU leader Syla said that within this year alone some 120 health workers have left Kosovo, and that, according to him, is happening because of the government's wrong policy-making.

Until next week F The SAK will expect the government to react, on the contrary Syla said there will be no guarantee that there will be no blocking of the health system.

Support for health professionals has also provided from the Union of Independent Trade Unions of Kosovo and the United Union for Education, Science and Culture.

BSPK Chairman At and Hykoli urged social dialogue between the Government of Kosovo and the Kosovo Workers' Unions.

He said that if this dialogue continues they would take union action.

I will always be in the face of demands of all unions when they need it. In this case, I request from the Government of Kosovo that as soon as I call the unions for social dialogue, and as soon as the ministers of the Government of Kosovo call unions that need social dialogue and that the sooner social dialogue begins. We here today will support the FSK, invite Government to send its representatives to the Economic Council- Social because as we know the Economic Council- Social has many problems to solve, otherwise we as BSPK are in preparation for union action”, he stressed.

Even the SBASK chairman Nundman Jashar offered the support of all teachers for doctors and nurses in Kosovo.

Jashari said that if there is no dialogue with the Government for the Law of Salaries, there will be strikes in Kosovo's educational system as well.
