The ceremony will begin at 10:00, meanwhile immediately then there will be a joint meeting.
After the 11:35 meeting, the two prime ministers will hold a press conference.
Plenkovic will also be hosted by President Vjosa Osmani and Chief Parliamentary Glauk Konjufca.
