For the first time, the US Army has come to Kosovo without KFOR's permission to train in Kosovo -- namely, it is Albin Kurti's government. He's never come before. We had US soldiers within KFOR but I am convinced that the American Army would not trust me to this government had not given those tools or come here to train. Thank you. /Periscope.
