Voted Gjilanas says someone voted by his name

An irregularities were reported in the municipality of Gjilan where a citizen has announced to T7 that someone had voted in his name, while he was told he could vote on parole.

I have voted, I have a complaint, someone has voted in my name and makes my vote conditional. Where are you now? My name is Riza Zenelli. Someone voted in my name, said you could vote on parole, now who would I be? I don't know if that vote is counted or not counted”, he said at T7.
