The findings are part of an investigation conducted by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists.
They display various financial agreements by some 35 current and former leaders, as well as more than 300 officials, including: The king of Jordan, the president of Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Montenegro and the prime minister of the Czech Republic.
Documents appointed as Pandora's Letters link Russian President Vladimir Putin with secret assets in Monaco, while for Czech Prime Minister Andrey Babes, say he has not declared an investment company abroad that he used to buy two villas worth $16 million in southern France.
Ukraine's president, Voldymyr Zelensky, according to Pandora's Letters, has transferred his shares to a secret company abroad shortly before the 2019 election. A Zelensky spokesman has declined to comment on the findings.
The documents also show that Zelensky and its narrow circle are beneficiaries of a network of companies abroad, including some who own expensive properties in London.
Other documents reveal how Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's family has secretly acquired property in London, worth $700 million, using companies abroad.
The Aliyev administration has not responded to requests for comments, nor has its family members.
According to Pandora's Letters, the King of Jordan, Abdullah, has secretly acquired property in the United Kingdom and the United States, worth over $100m. However, the King's lawyers have said that all properties have been purchased with his personal wealth, which he uses to fund projects for the citizens of Jordan.
The Montenegrin research centre Mans, which has participated in the studies for the Pandor Paper, has said Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic and his son, Blaago, have signed secret property management agreements in 2012, hiding behind a network of companies from the UK, Switzerland, the British Virgin Islands, Panama and Gibraltar.
Djukanovic's cabinet has said publishing the Mans Centre is another “attempt to discredit Montenegro's president and his family”.
The response is said to have provided clarification to the activities of 2012 and that the Mans organization's claims are false, writes rel.
