The announcement came during today's [Friday] day by the Luxembourg government and is expected to make fundamental changes in the state's approach to the capital use of cannabis.
Under the new legislation, people from the age of 18 will have the opportunity to plant up to four cannabis trees for personal use, reports The Guardian, Periscope.
Even buying cannabis will be allowed without any restrictions on its amount.
