AUV reacts: Government has no competencies to intervene in pronunciation of anti-COVID fines

The Food and Veterina Agency has said that the country's government has no competencies to intervene in the process of pronouncing sentences on concrete persons, physics or judiciary -- by AUV inspectors or Kosovo Police officials for violating anti-OVID measures. This AUV reaction comes after the [...] chairman's statement.
This AUV response comes after the Jnjilan municipality's statement by Lutfi Haziri has criticised the actions of the Sanitary inspection last night in this city, telling the government not to interfere with the internal affairs of the municipality.
“The government of the Republic of Kosovo has no competencies to intervene in the process of pronouncing sentences to concrete persons, physics or legal ones, from AUV inspectors or Kosovo Police officials for violating anti-Condivus”.
Instead, there are clear legal procedures whereby each person can exercise the right to complain about sentences that are supposed to be illegal. Any attempt to blame or blackmail Government on this issue is nothing but efforts to include the central level in the local election campaign by the current and in his service”, AUV report said.
