The huge 105,000 square metres residence in Bel-Air's Los Angeles district has been put up for sale at a price of $340m.
The 21-bedroom residence and 42 toilets is not only the largest house on earth, but the price also makes the personal property costly to market in American history.
The building, called The One, took eight years to build and required the workforce of more than 600 workers, writes Dali Mail.

The new photos presented at Architcittal Diges give a view of the recently completed house, which was designed by architect Paul McLean and decorated by internal designer Kathryn Rothondy.
The duo was registered to create contemporary “castle” by film producer Neil Niami, who owns five hectares of land on which the residence is located.
The house has a garage for 30 cars, five pools, and a 30 - seat theater.

The most attractive piece of property is its 360 - degree appearance, stretching to the Pacific Ocean in the West and the San Gabriel Mountains in the east.
