Mitrovica Foundation Prosecutor's spokesman Valon Preteni has said the prosecution is still in the information collection phase.
After accepted information and media reports concerning the potential introduction of anti-COVIID vaccines in the northern part of Kosovo without ignoring the applicable legal provisions, the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Mitrovica, in close co-operation with the police, are collecting information to assess whether vaccines have been brought to Kosovo, as well as whether their importation has been made in line with relevant protocols for protecting public health and the legal requirements regulating these cases”, Preteni said, the KP wrote.
While against this investigative process today, medical personnel in the country's north have emerged, protesting today in front of the northern Mitrovica Hospital and the Constitutional Prosecutor.
