Gager: The decision reveals that Kurti Government, President Vjosa Osmani of Parliament, is illegal

The candidate of the Democratic League of Kosovo for MP, Besa Gageri, commenting on the Constitutional Court's justice, said the decision has hinted that the Kurti Government, the incumbent on the president, Vjosa Osmani, has also been unable to understand that the recent legislature.

The Constitutional Court has made a decision, which we can discuss, but that is a decision. Like LDK, there are things we don't agree with”, Gager said initially.

The Constitutional Court has concluded that not only Mr. Arifi, but there's been a lot of unregistered votes in the Assembly. On this basis, although it has not been written very clearly, with that decision neither the Kurti government has been legitimate nor the head of the Parliament has been legitimate, nor has the president today. Therefore, it rightly seems unfair to us that the Constitutional Court will lead MPs to the election”, former deputation Gager said, among other things.

It has demanded that Constitutional Court decisions be respected.

“If we as a political party agree with the Constitutional Court where we like it, and don't agree where we don't like it, it's not a good example and it's unacceptable”, Gagger said in a debate.
