President of the United States Donald Trump has told senior election official in Georgia state that “find” more votes to reverse Joe Biden's outcome.
The renowned American newspaper “Washington Post” published on its online platform an audio recording where Trump is heard speaking on the phone with Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who tells “All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is more than we have. Because we won the state”.
Raffensperger is heard telling him the results in Georgia were correct.
New US President Joe Biden won Georgia along with other states, winning 306 electoral college votes against 232 that he had won Trump, writes Euronews and BBC.
