In addition to four victims and another 10 have been injured by accidents in Lezha, Lach, Permet, Vlora and Elbasan.
The first victim of the accident was marked near the intersection of Ishul-Shangin in Lezha, where a car with two people came out of the street, ending in a business across it, and the leader was then dead while the passenger was taken to the hospital.
