Albanian complains of anti measures - CO VID in Switzerland, Court submits a bill to over 4 thousand euros

Naim Rashit of the Fahrweid of Zurich ZH, has filed a lawsuit at the Administrative Court of Cyril Canton against the government Council of Zurich. After the indictment has been dismissed, he must pay a bill of 4695 francs for procedural spending, reports brick.ch. Rashit, like many other skeptics, believes [...]
Rashit, like so many other skeptics about the Coron, believes that the coronary pandemic is false, or, a big plot.
Unlike his fellow worshippers, however, he did not do so. In early September, Rashi has made a judicial complaint that he has led to the Canton Administrative Court. There he accuses the government Council of Zurich of the protective measures of the coronary he had taken.
But the attack did a reverse effect: The court, in its ruling in early December, rejected the complaint at all points, conveys albinfo.ch. Moreover, she sent Rashi a receipt of over 4695 francs.
He says he's been shown <x0 naivore”. This is stated in “Telegram”, an online platform of coronary skeptics. And: “I feel sick when I read the verdict”, he writes apart.
In his complaint against pandemic measures, Naim Rashit, with a spectacular imagination, had written that “before the outbreak of the pandemic there were already indicators of a conspiracy. In 2019, politicians, industrialists, military officials, giants of technology companies and media owners in Switzerland had met at the Bilderberg summit to talk behind closed doors”. The big plot could have been planned here, according to him.
This skeptic of the coronary pandemic also has a specific opinion about masks: They cause weaker oxygen intake and bring a negative “placebo effect, causing people to be afraid of each other and, as a result, to be sick”. And according to him, coronary tests don't work at all.
But, with none of those theories, he has failed to convince the Syrih Administrative Court. Rashi himself has filed a written judgment on the Internet. The administrative court rejects his complaint, with a 24 - page text.
End of decision: Because of the deadly pandemic, the safeguards are “in public interest” and are part of the legal framework.
Will the Federal Court soon handle its course?
Maybe the worst comes to the last page: For judicial clarifications regarding the chorus, Rashi receives a bill of 4695 francs to pay.
Now he's looking for lawyers among coronary skeptics on the telegram. Rashi, according to his confirmation of Brick, is considering the possibility of pushing the case to the Federal Court. He also says he wants to stand behind his actions by his name. Because his creed is: “I don't need to hide for justice”
