There is doubt that by the date of 21.01.2021, the K.B. defendant was failing to adapt to communications regulations, at the pedestrian crossing has caused an accident against M. S., who has suffered serious bodily injuries to her child L. S. and A. The U.S., which suffered minor bodily injuries.
With these actions, the defendant allegedly committed criminal work “risking public traffic” the act sanctioned with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
