Zeka has claimed to have opened up a case against Gashi, due to the post he has placed on Facebook.
I opened a case for Toma Gashi. Five hours I was in the police. I opened the case because of Tom Gashi's writing on me. That wasn't evidence, but it was a protective word. Tome Gashi brings me out as a witness to Special Court”, Zeka said.
Meanwhile, Gashi says he has distributed part of the judicial process that was held in 2016.

Zeka has declared that all of this is being done because of the <x0-timer” Gashi has with President Thaci, as Zeka claims, Thaci has removed Gashi from the judicial adviser's position after realizing he is an associate of Serbia.
And Tome Gashi's statement is that President Thaci in the presence of Sami Lushtaku and another person told me that “I have received legal counsel Tome Gashi, but the moment his file is coming to me that he's an associate of Serbia I've taken him out of”. Now a Serbia associate is accusing me. I said, to protect veterans Tome Gashi, it's like protecting Vuciqi”, Zeka said.
Lawyer Tome Gashi has published a document Monday showing Milaim Zeka witnessed at the Foundation Court in Mitrovica on 3 February 2016.
