In a Facebook post, Gashi has posted his photo along with OVL-KLA Deputy Chairman Nasim Haradinaj.
Gashi has said he was summoned by a person with an unknown number who has been told he is invited by the Special.
Otherwise, Haradinaj was arrested last week by the Special. He has appeared before Tribunal in The Hague.
