Lajcak stressed that the issue of association was not in order day. That reason that, as he had said, one party is unwilling to discuss the matter.
Otherwise, the EU has not indicated the date when the next meeting between Pristina and Belgrade will be.
Kosovo and Serbia have been in talks on normalising relations since 2011.
The process has been developed all along with EU mediation and US support. This month in Washington, the two sides have reached an agreement on normalising economic relations.
