A proposal involving President Hashim Thaci and chairman The PDK, Kadri Veselini, is also part of former Kosovo Liberation Army General Staff spokeswoman Jakup Krasniqi, was disclosed by the deputy chairman of the War Veterans Organisation, Nasim Haradinaj.
Krasniqi told Klan Kosova that he has accepted nothing official from this court, but that he is writing a book to show what is happening about publishing the charges from the special.
