By taking the trigger from a photo published on social networks where a pet (dog) was presented, pulling behind a car in Sukth, Durres, we explain:
Crime investigating specialists at the Durres Police Commissioner immediately identified and escorted to the police premises, along with his type “Renault”, citizen F. P., 50, resident of Sukth, Durres.
Croatian citizen F. P., for criminal work “The treatment of animals” envisioned by Article 207/c paragraph 2 as well as by the Transit Police Services <x0).
Materials were passed to the Judiciary Durres District Prosecutor for further actions.
