The reason for the indictment is that Mustafa has raised the Albanian national flag in 2019.
Haradinaj- Staubla, said it is clearly politically motivated and contrary to the principle of non-discrimination and protection of the rights of ethnic communities.
“instead of pledging recognition and advancing the rights of the Albanian community, especially now that we have an active dialogue for mutual recognition under the ease of allies, Serbia continues the old avaz with Albanian political and Albanian institutions “.
Full response:
yesterday's indictment of the Vranje court against the head of the National Council in the Valley, Mr. Ragmi Mustafa, in addition to raising the Albanian national flag in 2019, is clearly politically motivated and contrary to the principle of non-discrimination and protection of the rights of ethnic communities.
Instead of pledging recognition and advancing the rights of the Albanian community, especially now that we have an active dialogue for mutual recognition under the ease of allies, Serbia continues its old encounter with Albanian politics and institutions.
Albanians in the Valley should enjoy their guaranteed rights, as are the expanded rights of Serbs in Kosovo guaranteed.
This is not the path of the Nobel Peace Prize.
