Court makes the decision: Fitim Ladrovci sentenced to 2 years in prison and psychiatric treatment for support of jihadists

The Pristina Constitutional Court on Friday has convicted the accused of committing criminal work “in carrying out terrorist acts”, Fitim Ladrovci. Under the trial pronounced by the court's chairman, Judge Valon Kurtaj, the accused Ludrovci has been sentenced to 2 years in prison, as well as given the measure of compulsory psychiatric treatment in freedom, which will remain in force until the circumstances are met.
In the event of disrespect of this move, Judge Kurtaj said the same would be replaced by ban on health institutions.
While in the prison sentence, Judge Kurtaj said he would be counted as having spent time in custody and in house arrest, which the measure has been interrupted with a decision.
The accused Ludrovci has been acquitted of criminal procedure spending, reports “The Justice Trust”.
The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, November 19th, 2019, has filed charges against Fitim Ladrovci for criminal work “intent on conducting terrorist acts”, by Article 134 of the KPRK.
He is accused of pushing for terrorist acts since 2018 through the social network on Facebook, using a post, he has expressed joy and supported recent terrorist attacks in churches and hotels in Sri Lanka, where at least 139 people lost their lives, including 45 children.
The indictment reportedly comments on “with Allah's help, the children of Unmet attacked where it most hurts, in churches and hotels in Sri Lanka and tomorrow they will attack again, but this time in Paris, London, Washington and New York. Always according to the indictment, accused Ludrovci has reportedly posted written-like videos, photos and comments, openly expressing support and sympathy for the terrorist organisation “ISIS”, through which posts express hatred toward other members of the community and propagans Islam, so that from published photos representing “Gihadis” and “Suicide attacker”, where he has commented in order to promote the act of terrorism, causing serious danger for such acts to take place
