The goals for the team from Tetovo were marked by Bessart Ibrahimi (56) for 0-1 and Ljupche Doriev (89) for 0-2.
Victory marked another Albanian club from Macedonia after Renova defeated the club from Armenia, Alashkert, on a trip, with a minimum score of 0-1.
The only goal in this victory of the other Tetovo club came in the 59th minute and was Nenad Miskovski, who scored the winning goal.
On the other hand, the unfortunate was the Skopje club that was defeated on a trip by Neftci Baku's Azers with a score of 2-1.
